  • Trying to reach. We left the top part if our filter with fingers a month ago. Left email 3 days ago. may052256@hotmail.com. name on filter Wayne Filchner. Time to open Happy to report problem resolved. And with the customer service I expect. Back to 5.

Bought a hot tub here three years ago. Last week the circuit breaker kept tripping. I called Willow Park just before their closing time and the problem was quickly identified over the phone. The next day, when I got home from work, they had already replaced the pump (still under Warranty) on my hot tub and all was working great! I wish more companies could provide superb and timely service like that.
