I ordered a liner for my above ground pool, I used one of there installers to put the liner in and since the liner was on order I ask them if they would pick it up when they come to install the liner. The installers called the night before and forgot to get the liner. 1st problem, I went to pick it up the next morning and they didn’t have it ( was already paid for ) they gave me another style . 2nd problem . The installers installed the liner , didn’t add any sand or raked it smooth . They just put the liner in . They ask me to start to fill it and I mention that there was a big wrinkle on the bottom. They said it will come out. I went in the other day first time to clean some of the leaves off the bottom. There were wrinkles all over the bottom . The liner has a pebble bottom look to it. And it’s like your walking on the pebbles . I am very disappointed with the installers, seems like they were in a rush to get it done. Now I have a very wrinkled bottom on my pool. Very Unhappy !3rd problem. I have changed my view on Willow Park Pools , I told them about my issues with the liner . They quickly called the installer and had him come replace the liner that they installed . The new liner W.P. pools ordered is the one I originally wanted. The liner was replace and no wrinkles and looks great. Thank you Willow Park Pools for straightening this issue out. We all make mistakes . Before this I never had an issue with them . They always had help me out with what ever I needed over the last 25 years.
